Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing! I started off with one pair and quickly bought 3 more pairs whenever I accidentally walked into the microwave and bent them! Customer service was so fast and top notch! I can’t wait to get my new ones! I 💯 recommend. Stylish and affordability + top notch customer service = A+++

Wonderful product and experience
Amazing service! Had an issue with a pair of frames I ordered but the customer service team was so helpful! They responded to my inquiries and corrected my issue by sending me a new pair of the glasses. Great service and great product! I will definitely purchase again! I love my new glasses!

Thank you very much for the fast delivery and the great discounts. I ordered two pairs of glasses; one of them turned out perfect and has been in use for a month now. Repeat Buyer for Lensmart
I have ordered from this company 3 times and watch time is fantastic! They have great selections and great prices! I always take my prescription from my optometrist and get my glasses from here! Customer Service is awesome to.. Highly Recommended!

Wrong PD on order
I placed my order and discovered that the wrong PD was on it. I went to the website and had to send a copy of the prescription and pay 10% because they had already started. I was able to get the order corrected very easily.

Great selection of glasses
Great selection of glasses! Very easy to enter your prescription in relatively fast shipping. I had an issue where I entered the wrong info, and their customer service was great to work with and highly responsive. They offered to make new lenses for me at a reasonable price. Overall I’m a happy customer!
