Great selection amd great customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from lensmart with expedited shipping. Glasses came very quickly after being made. However one of my pairs had the lenses put in backwards. The syle of frame didnt allow for them to be switched back easily so I contacted them and told them the issue and they offered to send a new pair free of charge. I appreciate that they were quick to respond and willing to help me out.

The customer service was excellent.
The customer service was great. They contacted me several times concerning my prescription. The company stay in touch with me during the process. I never imagine excellent customer service online like I received.

The glasses have a very good quality…
The glasses have a very good quality and I am really satisfied. The prescription is perfect and the glasses come clean in a pretty box. really helpful and friendly service. I can recommend it to everyone who wants to buy pretty glasses for a cheap price.

The customer service is the best
The customer service is the best! When I had a problem with my prescription on my glasses they were very helpful and listen to my problem. They were very quick with their response and help me resolve the issue professionally.

Above and Beyond Customer Service
I have ordered a total of 4 pairs of glasses from Lensmart within the last year and the last purchase they went above and beyond for me. I placed an order just before the Canada Post strike so I didn't receive the glasses till after the strike was over, about a 6 week delay. Lensmart offered me a 20% discount on the purchase for the trouble even though it wasn't their fault. Their selection of glasses are fun and I've never had an issue with the prescription. Best value for my dollar!
