Fantastic product and customer service
I have been getting my glasses from Lensmart for a few years now and they always have a great selection with a reasonable price. It does take approximately a month to receive them, but they’re worth the wait! All of the glasses I’ve ordered are adorable and fit great. I always get compliments when I’m wearing them. Customer service is fantastic as well!!! My prescription changed with my most recent order and my PD was not provided, so I made the mistake of guessing it was about the same as my old prescription. When my glasses arrived, they were super cute and fit great, but they made my vision all wonky, so I reached out to customer service. This was on a Saturday and they IMMEDIATELY replied to me and helped me get a correct PD measurement using the tool they sent, along with a variety of pictures to ensure accuracy. They were so patient and kind and I greatly appreciate their timely responses and guidance!!!

10/10 service
I truly am happy with the service from Lensmart. I ordered my prescription glasses on the 7th of January 2025 and by the 21st of January I had received my order. Everything cost me R600. The glasses were perfect 👌 I loved the frame I picked!!! Thank you

Huge blue light glasses range.
LENSMART is a very organised and beautiful company. I loved their blue light glasses range however would love if they can expand their sunglasses range. I loved working with them and would love to work with them again in the future. I see a great future for LENSMART.
