Great customer service
I have ordered numerous glasses in the past and have always been extremely happy. This time my experience was more about the customer service. I ordered another pair of glasses but forgot to change my address to my new location. I reached out and they immediately took care of it! Can't wait yo receive another pair of cute glasses!

Good quality, helpful customer service
I ordered three different glasses. The prescription and DP fit perfectly and the glasses were also good quality. There was one issue with one of the glasses so I contacted customer service and they answered right away, agreed to change the glasses without having to send the faulty one back. Awaiting their arrival now. 100% recommend.

I ordered three pairs of glasses
I ordered three pairs of glasses from this company. The lens were spot on for all of them. I really liked two of the frames but one seemed a little cheap and flimsy (probably why it was on sale). Overall, a great experience and I will definitely buy again, but be more selective in my frames choice. Don’t have to worry about the quality of the lenses, though, since they were perfect. They were also great communicators and responded to everyone of my emails. A trustworthy company.
