I love Lensmart! Always great products and wonderful customer service! Recently I ordered 4 pairs. Unfortunately due to a clerical error at the post office my order wasn’t delivered to my home, causing the package to be sent back to Lensmart. My purchase with Lensmart was so easy! I picked out a pair of glasses that I thought would look amazing on my face. However, after completing my order, I realized I hadn't included my unit or buzzer number. I sent an email within 24 hours, and someone quickly responded with an updated form for me to fill out.
