Their service is amazing because they fast respond to any questions you have and first confirmed my prescription with me which I appreciated because I made a mistake and could have easily just wasted my money on glasses that I was not going to use. I appreciate that they were patient every time I had to resend stuff and always tried to explain in detail what is need. The quality of their customer care is outstanding and I am happy with them.

I have ordered glasses from Lensmart twice and I have been very happy with the quality of the glasses. The postal service had trouble delivering the second time and the company was very helpful ensuring I get my glasses delivered correctly. Excellent products, great customer service. I will buy from Lensmart again!

I accidentally duplicated my order so emailed lensmart to try and resolve this. Within 48 hours I received a response asking me to confirm how I wanted to proceed and when I asked for one of the orders to be cancelled I had confirmation that this had been actioned and I had been refunded the next day. I haven’t received my glasses yet, I’m sure they will be great, but I certainly can’t fault the customer service.

Honestly my experience was absolutely amazing! Customer service was great quality was amazing, I had received 3 lens and one which ended up because my favourite pair has loose lens. I contacted customer support and they send me a brand new pair and I was allow to keep the ones they had sent prior. The new pair even came with thicker lens. They feel amazing and they look great! Glasses are always so expensive and growing up there were times when I didn’t have them for a period of time so the fact that I am able to 3 pairs for less than the price of one is just amazing! Thank you so much! I also just received my new pair on my birthday so timing was perfect!
