I ordered glasses from them they sent me a completely different pair of glasses and now they refuse to refund my money every time I send them a message about refunding my money they give me the runaround telling me to answer some questions for them or send my prescription or all of these other things and whenever I comply with one thing they ask they turn around and ask for something completely different this is a horrible company I absolutely do not recommend buying from them

Absolutely dreadful. The glasses etc I'm sure are fine if you get the style right. I ordered 2 pairs but they're too heavy for my face - their returns policy says 100% frame 70% lenses - fair enough. Trying to return them is the MOST PAINFUL PROCESS. There are no details on the site how or where to return so you email. You get the first response - are you sure? yes I am 2nd email are you sure you dont want to exchange? absolutely sure 3rd email is the prescription right can you actually see through them YES I CAN - I'll keep the case I bought but return the glasses 4th email do you want to keep the case? Read the previous email.... (I await their next email - but am really at my wits end) This is days of hell. Their help section if via messenger - I'm not going touse messenger for help. Who uses messenger these days?? What's outrageous is the make a hge song and dance on the website about how they want ot make the experience good for their customer "Our goal is not to sell you another pair of glasses but to add value and meaning to your experience." With such dreadful service they will lose a customer. Service is everything. There are alternatives to this out there - use them.

False advertising. I ordered glasses in Jan 53-16-140 they were delivered but were not the size listed, the nose part was 19, falling off. Contacted them via text as this or email is only option. They assured me I could get another pair and they were smaller, however they arrived and were the same size as the other pair. It's been over a month and I'm still without glasses for work. Do Not waste the time or money on poor quality, falsely advertised and shoddy customer service.

I ordered an eyeglass to my son in January 25th and paid $45 more for expedited shipping and today is February 24th and my order still stuck. The only explanation I got it was that their logistics partner are currently undergoing routine equipment inspection and system maintenance and they aren’t giving me any dates or delivery time. That’s horrible. My son is in college waiting for his glasses that’s so important to him and lensmart costumer service isn’t even compensating us for anything. I used to have good experience with them but the experience I’m having now is horrible. Be careful ordering from them.

I ordered single vision glasses on January 26, 2025. The website says 3 to 5 days to process single vision lenses. My order hasn't been updated since the day I ordered so I emailed customer service. Their response was that there was a defect in the lenses and they were making them again. Instead of telling me that's why they weren't shipped yet, they waited for me to contact them. They assured me that my order has been expedited, however when I look at my order, it's now February 13 and there still hasn't been any progress made on the manufacturing. I emailed again asking for a timeline and was told they can't tell me. I also paid for advance shipping because I planned on taking my new glasses on a trip. I would have had plenty of time to get used to them if they had lived up to their original timeline. A lot of good that did me. *UPDATE It's now February 24 and I still haven't received my order. They were supposed to be delivered on the 22nd but now my tracking says "moving through system and will arrive late". Their last location said they were still in New York. I was offered a 10% discount on my NEXT purchase. No thanks, I'll never order from this place again. I paid extra for fast shipping. There wasn't any offer to refund that or give me 10% back for this order. Lesson learned.

Ordered my glasses 1/6 and it's 2/12 and still nothing. I've asked weekly for a refund and they keep saying they'll expedite the process and shipping and still nothing. I'm sticking with Eyebuydirect.com.

I ordered progressive lenses with no correction on top and a reading correction on the bottom. Sounds simple, right? Unfortunately not. Lensmart sent me lenses that I have to tilt my head back to be able to read. They even admit their mistake: "As the glasses were unusable due to filled in incorrectly prescription." And yet they want to charge me to correct their mistake. Terrible customer service.

I express my disappointment with the glasses I received from Lensmart. I placed my order on January 18th and received my glasses approximately two days ago. Upon inspecting them, I noticed that the lenses do not sit correctly in the frame, which is causing significant concern. I promptly sent the requested pictures showing the issue, yet their team is now stating that the problem is due to my progressive prescription. This explanation does not resolve the matter, as I feel the lenses are improperly fitted, and if I wear them may result in further damage, including lenses falling out or leaving marks on my face. In addition to the lens issue, I am also dissatisfied with the poor shipping experience. The overall service and communication the Lensmart team regarding my return have been subpar, with delays and unclear responses regarding my request for a full refund. This was the worst online experience, at this time I'm going to donate the glasses and purchase glasses from a more reputable company a waste of money! A one-star review is too much,cheap lenses and frames. I've been wearing glasses and contact lenses for years. Extremely poor craftsmanship.with no accountability!
