I'm neutral. The glasses are cute, the prescription seems to be right. I ordered 2 pairs. One is big and it isn't what I expected. The other pair is super cute but too tight for my head. And that's the trouble with ordering online. You can play with the picture simulator but you don't really know what you're getting until it's here. I usually don't return things but I'm debating.

The safety glasses we ordered were well priced and fitted well.

So far my experience hasn’t been great. My updates for my glasses so not make sense. Last week it said it arrived to IL and today it said it arrived to that same facility. I really needed these glasses for my upcoming vacation but I have literally no idea when they will be arriving. Any help would be appreciated

Lensmart was very good in communication; however, the processing time was longer than expected. But they did refund my money when the glasses didn't work for me and that was greatly appreciated.

Nice glasses , I ordered 3 pair and I told them no lenses and they put in these plastic lenses anyway . So now Sams club won’t put my prescription lenses in them . They said the frames were cheap and would risk breaking them taking the plastic lenses out . Not a happy camper .

Update: glasses finally arrived and they are pretty good quality. I just ordered clear lenses for fashion basically. They seem very sturdy and not super cheap quality so far. I change my original one star review to 3 stars. But its still kinda sketchy how long it takes them to arrive. Update: they posted this tracking link but still nothing has happened. The link just says they are in transit but yet have been sitting in GA for weeks. This is super frustrating! I really want these glasses but I feel like this is shady and that I am never going to get them. Save your money and dont bother ordering from lensmart. Order on Dec 13, 2022 and still have not received my order with no way of tracking. Should have looked at the reviews prior to purchase. I will give it a few more days before I file a dispute on my card. Order number CC1490585418887380

Alright I had to get on and write a review because I've been stalking this site for a month positive I wasn't receiving my glasses. I ordered 12/3 and received today 12/28. Yes the tracking is shady. Do not use USPS tracking until they actually hit a USPS location. Use track17. The items come from Shanghai so it takes forever to even leave then forever again for them to get scanned into a US customs hub. Track17 actually allows you to see what's happening. Now onto the glasses. I am SHOCKED. They are the correct style ordered with the correct prescription in them. I do believe I am one of the lucky ones. Idk if I will order again just because of the shady practices and not knowing if I'll actually receive the items. I will say though the frames and lens are both great quality. Again idk if I'm lucky or what. I do wish they didn't have such bad reviews because they have sooo many cute styles for such a great price. I had a positive experience so order at your own risk!
