Before you buy progressives. They only have the old narrow style. Not the wider lens. True they have free returns, but the changes cost money. I wanted to change the lens and the frame and it was like buying a new pair. They only answer messages one a day, so it may be weeks before you get a straight answer. I finally gave up and decides not to return mine. Not a good company. There are much better companies out there.

I've attempted to order 2 pair of glasses from this company, but I won't again. My first pair were okay, but I just purchased another order 3/21/24 and used Klarna and still have 2 pymts left. This pair has the wrong prescription or something in my right eye. You can't speak to anyone on that BOGUS ph# provided because it's always busy. There is no address to ship back to and the response for email is ridiculous! I filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got a response. I received the glasses and I can't see out of one eye, so I need a shipping address to send them back. How can I get this information? If I don't get it before my 15 day period, I will report them again to the BBB- which I may do anyway just to get a response. I prefer FYTOO and ZEELOOL for my glasses. Will not deal with this company ever again!!

It's a hit or miss, honestly. I have ordered two pairs of glasses recently. One was great, the other one wasn't. They claim to have a 15-day free return policy. But it took me days and days of messaging back and forth to arrange for a return. I asked them how much money I would be getting, and they never said. I paid for the shipping back. I expected something like a 75% return from them. But it was more like 60% of what I originally paid - plus I paid for the shipping, right? They also subtracted the shipping to my place (even though I kept one pair) - so I got a return of $25, but considering that I paid for the shipping out-of-pocket, so my return amounted to $10US. Plus I spent hours of my time on messaging them because they wanted to "exchange" the glasses even after I told them several time I want to return them. Honestly, I would not have bothered had I known how much I'll get back. Ridiculous! Do NOT recommend!

I have to say, the frames are very sturdy and they got the prescription right. However, they did not put my address on the package, just my postal code and phone number, so Canada Post had to track me down and I had to go to the sorting facility to get them. Secondly, my sunglasses had no lens shaving so one of them looks like a coke bottle. Thankfully I will only be wearing them in the car or on my deck so I hope no one picks up on that. Affordability: 10/10, Delivery 0/10, Quality 8/10, Fit: 8/10, Efficiency and communication 1/10. Would I order again? Maybe, but not anytime soon. There are better sites out there.

So far i have waited for almost a month for my new glasses to arrive. The quality and other factors remain to be seen. I thought i could expect reasonable speed, but that does not seem to be the case. I will see how they are when they finally arrived and elaborate, but so far I'm not happy with this company. On this matter alone i don't believe i will use them again.

So far my order reports to have been delivered on 12/6/23 yet no package found. I have emailed customer service, since the number that appears on their page is a no go. My order for 2 frames is over $200, so I hope they handle this quickly.

Cancelled my order minutes after hitting 'submit'. Should have read Trustpilot reviews before even visiting the site. The customer service is inconsistent. Too many hands in the pot and pushy to make sales after insisting that I wanted to, plainly, cancel my order. Took 5 days to receive a refund (not the exact amount due to currency exchange rates - as expected). Customer service hours are ridiculous (I was only getting responses between 1:30am and 4:30am). Over all, buyers may say that the glasses are great but the customer service was a huge pain to deal with and I hope they find a solution, and soon, for the good of the business and general public.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because their prices are super cheap and the glasses are decent. However, they refused to refund a shipment that was lost and I never received. Most businesses, online stores, marketplaces, etc. understand that they are responsible for making sure orders reach their customers. Fortunately, I used Klarna to pay for this order out of convenience, and even Klarna understands this common policy and refunded me. I've ordered from Lensmart numerous times, but I won't be ordering from them again.
