Even with the mishap with the shipping company, this company itself has been phenomenal!! every question ive had along the process they have answered in full and provided me with all information i needed!! since the shipping company couldn't resend my package the company offered to send out a new one with expedited shipping to compensate for the difficulties they had shipping the first one!! great problem solving and customer support!! thank you so much!
