I got my frames from Lensmart and was in love immediately. They fit perfectly upon arrival, with no need for adjustment which was a huge bonus and surprise. Everytime I wear them, I always get compliments, and they quickly became my favourite frames. Being able to virtually "try them on" before ordering helped me in deciding if they would suit my face or not. I wore them everyday, and after two months, one of the arms did suddenly come off - the little screw no where in sight. I understood Lensmart offers a 365 day warranty, and I am so pleased with their customer service in helping to resolve this issue. They are sending me a replacement pair, honoring their warranty. Overall, I recommend Lensmart.

I love lensmart glasses.. they have yhe most unique styles no other brand has and they're affordable and if you encounter any issues they are so nice and quick to fix any issues and they communicate well. Definitely would highly recommend this brand to all the glasses wearing people

My first purchase with this company was in 2023. I had bought two glasses that have prescription. It was my first time buying prescription glasses online so I was very sceptical. I got my glasses within three weeks (I live in South Africa so the timeframe makes sense) I was so happy with how precise my prescription was and how lite my glasses were. I made my second purchase last year I bought four pairs this time to sunnies and two glasses with prescription of course and as per usual they got everything correct.
