Quick and Helpful
My package got caught in customs, but they were very forthcoming about the status and quick with solutions on how to get me my glasses. I felt very taken care of and my glasses are in fantastic condition.

Of course 5 stars!
I’m very satisfied with both the products and the customer service. The products are of fantastic quality – exactly what I expected, or even better. I’d especially like to highlight the customer service, where they are incredibly helpful and respond quickly to any questions or issues. Such attentive and professional service is rare these days. Perfect fit of the frames and correct lenses. The frames are beautiful exactly the same as advertised. For 2 pairs of prescription glasses I paid far less!
