I wish I could leave negative numbers. I'm not one to leave reviews, much less negative ones. Butthis is my 1st and last. There's absolutely zero customer service, the number is invalid , they don't see an order for My email even tho oi. .received a confirmation email WITH order. And tracking number, the tracking number is invalid for ANY DELIVERY SERVICE. AND from the reviews I am NOW seeing I'm betting I won't be recieving a refund. DO NOOT SHOP HERE! SCAMMMMMMM!!!¡

My saga continues. I ordered 2 pair of progressive lenses. As I am not an optician and have never needed dual prescription before, I didn't know that I was only provided my single vision script. Lensmart prepared my glasses as single vision, despite the purchase order for progressives. My glasses arrived on May 3. I reached out to Lensmart and they claim zero culpability because I provided the wrong script. Even when pointing out, as above that I am not trained to read a glasses script and they were entrusted with this task as it was their role. Either way, after a great deal of back and forth they finally agreed to refund 70% of the lenses, 100% of the frames and 100% shipping..."Propmtly upon return." They received my return on May 27 they started trying to get out of paying for shipping bc I am in Canada. They are also demanding that I set up a PayPal account for refund, despite their own statement that they will process the return to my original payment method. It may be a pure coincidence but since I ordered my glasses I have been receiving regular fraud emails asking me to log into my PayPal account if I don't want the Mac Safari (or whatever it is) device that is logged in to stay logged in. I have never had a PayPal account with my current email. As I said...could be pure coincidence, but it seems suspect.

The glasses never arrived. I was waiting for 1 month for the package to arrive (I ordered from them in early May 2025, and it is now the end of May. I will be contacting my credit card to do a chargeback and I will be contacting someone to investigate this company beause too many folks have not received their glasses and/or the glasses are not wearable beacause whomever the company is using does not know how to do prescriptions. They are ripping of as many as possible before the get shut down. I dont recommend them at all!! Steer clear don't get taken in by their constant emails and fake good reviews. I really regret my purchase at this online store. Date of experience: May 2025

Lenssmart the worse company. They made me prescription glasses which frames are wrong and made me feel dizzy.They said they can change the frame and they requested prescription which I provided.They asked me PD to check which I did on my own and it was 65cm as it wasn't on prescription .But they requested picture of me with the ruler to show PD which I sent and and they said it seems like 64cm.Thats why they made an excuse and said I have to pay for changing frames and shipping fee.What a excuse and scam to blame people.I am gonna take them to their authorities in America.General pharmaceutical council . Update: They mentioned it's wrong PD I provided which is 1cm difference.i contacted my optician and he said 1cm shouldn't give you headache or dizziness ,unless it's totally made it wrong...Anyway I am making my new glasses with optician now ,which is even it's dear but worth it,because you get what you pay for.Dont fall to this company as is cheap ,as by paying cheap you will pay twice by fixing in somewhere else properly. Update...They sent me an email and asked me to send glasses back and pay my own shipping fee so they can adjust PD and asked me to remove my review in here ...I said back I don't trust their company at all now and would like full refund and I can send their glasses back with their shipping label if they provide.They said they can't do that ....So I said back I won't remove my review then.So here we are update.As soon as they see the review on trustpilot then they want to do something and still not great solution....Anyway pity I lost my money for this company,but people aware and careful,there is so many decent companies ,use them....

Would give them a -100 if I could. AWFUL company, do NOT buy from them. They charged ~$100 for two pairs of sunglasses, got suckered in on free shipping if bought over a certain amount. They arrived, after waiting 6 weeks! and it was like looking through glasses smeared with Vaseline. I had submitted my prescription information for bifocals when ordered, but when glasses came and I contacted them they said they don't do bifocal lenses... why they didn't let me know when I ordered I have NO IDEA! And customer service: HORRIBLE! When I tried to contact them (no customer service phone number) finally got a Messanger message that sounded like talking to a robot, and most messages came in the middle of the night. Long story short, I returned one pair, I paid for returned shipping - they claimed not their fault prescription was wrong...REALLY?! (took the second pair to Walmart and got new lenses put in). And they refunded me $3.03 saying since I returned the one pair, I no longer qualified for free shipping. Would have kept that pair too and saved the $6 to mail them back and come out $3 ahead on a deal that ultimately cost me $100 to be totally frustrated. LENSMART SUCKS! Again, do not deal with this scam company!

Absolut schlecht . Rücksenden kann man nicht. Brillen haben gefehlt und die die da sind sind billig waare . 1000mails wollten sie die Erstattung machen und das ist nie passiert . Dieser Shop gehört gesperrt .

Very bad company. Purchase 2 items and expect they will mail tou inly one item. Instead of giving you a resolution, they will investigate uou as if it was your fault or your trying to acum them. After weeks of emailing them back and forth aski g picture of the itwm and the invoice, ending up they want a pucture of the original pachage. Riduculous!

I contacted customer service via email multiple times. They answered but could not help. They could not resolve the issue. I was asking for a full refund but nothing. And I did not get the glasses either. I dont recommend them at all!! I literally gave them free money.... I really regret my purchase at this online store.
