This was my first time buying glasses…
This was my first time buying glasses online and I had such a positive experience. The glasses were very high quality and the lenses themselves were top notch. It’s the same quality (dare I say even better) than what you get in store for a fraction of the price. I have a high prescription so that says a lot. I highly recommend lensmart for your glasses needs!

Customer service was impeccable
Customer service was impeccable, they verified my prescription by the next day and lenses were under manufacturing by 9pm.

My experience with my Lensmart purchase was amazing. The process was simple yet efficient. They kept me update at every step. The quality of the frame and lenses was better than I expected and I got my glasses quite quickly. Thanks guys.

Great quality and customer service
I have placed several orders with Lensmart and have always received quality glasses that i love! On my most recent order, I ordered two pair. Unfortunately, I did not receive the correct glasses. The customer service team was responsive and were willing to immediately send me my correct glasses plus a coupon to use on my next order. My only complaint is you have to communicate through email or messenger, so it does take a few days to fully resolve an issue. However, I am pleased with the quality and the PRICE, so it’s worth that small piece of frustration. I’ll continue to be a customer of Lensmart because you can not beat what they have to offer!

lensmart provides the opportunity to change and adapt your glasses to your style. The glasses are great and cheap at the same time. The frames are very nice and the lenses perfectly match the prescription. If you have any questions, you can contact customer service, which is always happy and willing to help you in everything.
