Great glasses and wonderful customer serviceThis store pleasantly surprised me. The glasses are amazing, well-made, and look great. What pleased me the most, however, was the helpful and friendly approach. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will gladly shop here again.

My glasses broke only after about a month of having them and Lensmart offered to send me a new pair without question! They were very helpful in making me feel taken care of and responsive!

I have ordered twice already from the site. Really like this company for their style selections and customization. On the second order there was an issue with one of the pair having a loose lens. I messaged them on WhatsApp and they tried to help me fix the lens directly. I mentioned I was too scared to try and take the lens out and right away they mentioned it’s not an issue and they will just send me another pair as a replacement. I will keep shopping here for sure. Also don’t forget to check their sales they have lots.

My experience with Lensmart has been absolutely amazing. I genuinely love the spectacles they are beautiful, comfortable, and the quality is even better than I expected. One thing that really stood out to me was the communication. Crystal has been so helpful and consistent throughout the entire process. I really appreciate how attentive and responsive she has been, and it made the whole experience feel very personal and professional. I also love that Lensmart seems to really value each customer and make an effort to attend to their needs. From choosing the spectacles to receiving them, my experience was smooth and enjoyable.
