I ordered sunglasses, which are pictured in my cart as my order. I waited for delivery and received clear glasses. After trying several times to get in contact with customer services, they say I can repay for new dark lenses. Pathetic. I only want what I ordered.

Well. 1. My order was delivered more than 30 days (to Poland). 2. The lenses I've received (+1.75 and +1.5) where not as I ordered (+3 and +2.5) 3. I've ordered super thin (1.67), and they were plastic and even bigger than regular (with 1.5 index) 4. The response from Lensmart was I may buy another one with few % discount.

Customer Service UPDATE I initially asked for a return/refund on June 23rd. After an incredulous amount of emails back and forth, Lensmart only agreed to give me a 70% refund - not including shipping - on July 17th and ONLY if I took down my previously posted negative review. Truly disgusting customer service.

They took almost a full month to get to me to start and I was hoping that when they arrived they would at least work. I typed in the prescription right I checked three times. Then they sent me glasses with the wrong prescription in it and then told me I had to pay. I asked them why considering they are the ones that were wrong. I typed everything in correct, and they messed up the prescription. Tried figuring out how we fix the problem, but I have to pay for their fix and their mistakes? They take forever to respond back to anything making this situation that much more frustrating. They take at least three day if no more to get back to me to figure it all out just to find out that I have to pay for it? I probably wouldn't mind if the glasses frames weren't so cheap. My son tried them on and the broke instantly. I open then and handed them to my son before I even realized the prescription was wrong. They broke so I taped them back together and then I realized the prescription was wrong. Contacted them immediately and took 3 days before I got a response for anyone, email or messenger. Then they tell me to do anything I have to pay for them to do any fixed with the lenses or the glasses? I will not considering I waited all most a month to even get them. WASTE OF MONEY!!! WASTE OF TIME!! CHEAP PRODUCT!!! DO NOT DO IT!! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES!!

Package was supposed to be here 7/15 and 7/22 so nothing. They gave me a tracking number that’s was not usps then when I emailed them they sent me the correct one that said it was delivered on 7/15 just not to me. Lensmart told me I needed to provide proof of non-delivery so I went to usps and they were able to track. After investigating the tracking number provided was attached to another residence package with their name and address and they even checked and it was not my item. The post office said this has been happening a lot lately. I was so skeptical about ordering from them, I do recommend!

Would not recommend. Received my two sets of glasses cant see out of the left eye. I reached out the day I got them. Looking for a replacement for the left lense. They said I have to pay the same amount i paid for the glasses for the one lense. Fo yourself a favor GO TO EYEBUYDIRECT OR CLEARLY... they have way better customer service.

Late delivery and to top it off my eyes felt worse. I went to the optometrist and apon inspection of the lenses they found that the lenses were no better than regular reading glasses.

This company deserves less than 1 star review. They sent the wrong prescription for my sunglasses and when I requested a refund they asked that I send in my original prescription from my doctor so they could verify the prescription. I did that and then they stopped responding. I have reached out several times and have just gotten ignored. The phone number they list is not valid. Beware!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
