Such amazing customer service!.
I made a mistake when completing my prescription sheet, but Lensmart has been amazing. They helped me sort out the correct prescription, made the new lenses, and posted them out incredibly quickly. The customer service has been fabulous, and the glasses themselves look great and are of fantastic quality.

What an exceptional service on your messenger platform. A query i thought would get resolved via email was sorted out on messenger instantly. As for emails, 0/100 takes forever!

They have exceptional service
They have exceptional service, I game a mistake on my prescription and they made sure to correct it with any hustles. The quality of my glasses is great

Im lookin good! Seeing good!
Well first...I saved hundreds of dollars...I can't believe they sell glasses so inexpensive. My glasses both for reading and distance are beautiful and look sturdy like they'll last. They respond when contacted through messaging...that's how I did it anyway. It does take some time to receive them but it was well worth the wait. Give them a try!

Great product and service
The products and service from Lensmart are great. My wife and I have purchased several pairs of glasses from them. I happened to have a minor issue with one of mine, and they went above and beyond to resolve it. We will definitely be purchasing from them again.
