The glasses don't last long the arms falls off all the time

Frames are cute and prescription is correct BUT… Shipping took forever and the customer service wasn’t helpful. My hunch is the company marks the order as shipped prior to actually shipping so they’re not held liable for going past their allotted order time. Once they mark the order as shipped they can blame the shipping company for the delay.

I am still waiting for glasses I ordered in November. The status says label created and no shipping update. The company said it takes 15 day for the post office to deliver. I am not sure I will ever receive them. 01/17/2024 Update I have been advised my Lensmart that I will receive a refund.

Updated I got my package safe and sound, beautiful glasses … my guess is they come from outside the US and don’t what you to get nervous about it. But since it was my first order with them I wasn’t so sure of when I was getting my glasses. It took close to 20 days, packaging was protective, order was complete, although I do need an adjustment on one of my orders… all in all I’m satisfied. I will now see how their return system works.

I fell in love with the Behati eyeglasses and had to have a pair. My first time ordering from Lensmart and was a bit hesitant. Orders take every bit of a month from order to delivery. Not fast! And their tracking system is terrible. But my glasses finally arrived and they are so awesome! Worth the wait!

The glasses i ordered took 32 days to arrive. I’m excited to have them finally but the lens quality is off. I have ordered several pairs of glasses online and this pair is by far the worst. In my opinion i would not order from Lensmart.

Cheap prices, so-so quality, frustrating customer service. I bought a pair of prescription safety glasses, they didn't fit (sat too low on my nose), contacted customer service and they weren't really able to assist. I ended up buying stick-on nose pads from a different website. So I think if I'm spending a bit more, I'd rather shop from Australian businesses that allow easier returns and exchanges and where customer service is more helpful, human and understanding. But for something cheap, LensMart has a good range as long as I don't mind cutting my losses if something goes wrong. Also some other things that are annoying: the website only shows prices in USD and there's no way to change it to your own currency. You also can't search or filter frames by features like adjustable nose pads or low fit, which most other online retailers allow. Lots of frames don't have photos on a model.

I ordered 4/29/2023 Order ID: C42973950994296950 I never received my glasses. The site says they were delivered. I sent an email and have heard nothing. Not a very good place to buy from. I asked for my money back and I’m sure I won’t hear back after reading all the reviews here. What a shame Update: I did check my spam and junk mail and have found I did get a response from Lensmart. I have replied and hopefully will get my issue resolved. Maybe it would help if Lensmart were to call customers and ask any questions regarding their situation. I will let you know if this is resolved. I am updating my review.
