I am very satisfied with my experience with Lensmart. I have a complex prescription with significant astigmatism, so getting the optical correction right is especially important to me. I was genuinely impressed with the quality and accuracy of the lenses and my vision correction. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one pair of sunglasses, but after contacting customer service, they listened to my concerns and ultimately resolved the issue to my satisfaction with a full refund. I especially appreciate that they took my individual situation seriously and found a fair solution. Overall, I am very pleased with both the optical quality and the final customer service experience. I will definitely order from Lensmart again, both sunglasses and prescription glasses for everyday use. Thank you for your support and for the excellent vision correction!
