Mittlerweile würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben. Der Kunden"service" ist unterirdisch. Das selbe Problem habe ich nun mindestens 6 mal beschrieben und entweder wollen oder können sie nicht verstehen dass 7 mm dezentrierter Augenabstand ro Seite bei einer Gleitsichtbrille mit -7dpt NICHT in der akzeptablen Abweichung liegen. Die Brillen sind einfach Schrott und unbrauchbar! Ich bin jetzt richtig sauer!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying, they are diabolical. Wrong lenses, paid for thinnest lenses and they are as thick as bullet proof glass, I could go on. Customer services is AI as they ignore specific complaints and default to standard replies and then want to charge you for the return postage and some of the lens cost. Do not use

So, I order glasses online because my daughter recommended this website. In last June my order was placed. I have been diligently trying to find out where my merchandise is. The glasses are paid for. I reached out to this company via email have not gotten a response about my product. I really don't appreciate the fact I am the customer (NEW) and piss poor services, responses and no other email about the product have been generated. I will never order anything else from this online store. Please refund my money and resend the product.

I’m so disappointed I’ve had great luck with Lensmart in the past but this time one of my three pairs didn’t come in the package I ordered and the online help email says they can’t refund me or resend the glasses because their factory says they were sent. I spent the most money on that pair and I really don’t have the money to throw around like that. I’m just sad that I can’t shop there again not knowing if my order will show up

I have used other websites to order glasses so assumed that Lensmart would be similar. Their range of glasses and prices seemed competitive so I decided to place an order. Some of the information wasn't easy to enter and I found the prescription section a little bit confusing. Placed order on 26th June for seven items and noted delivery times. I received notifications that they were going through quality assessment on 30th June and then nothing. I waited another week, then tried to contact them using their chat function. They respond once a day (different time zones made things more difficult) but basically there was 24 hours between every response, I kid you not. Apparently one item was out of stock but they didn't tell me, didn't communicate with me at all - just waited for it to come back into stock. Until they were told that it wasn't going to be coming back into stock. If I hadn't contacted them, I have no idea how long they would have taken to get back to me but the entire order was on hold. I did ask them why they hadn't contacted me to let me know but they had no answer. They asked if I wanted a replacement and I said no, just refund me for the frames that are unavailable. Another 24 hours: are you sure you won't choose something else? No, please just refund me those ones and send the rest. I asked how long it would take and they sent me a screenshot of the shipping times available on the website but said if I was willing to pay extra, I could get expedited shipping. My response was incredulous - it was over a month from the time I placed the order, it was on hold because they didn't bother keeping me updated but I should pay extra to get my items. I declined. They turned up today and, to be fair, they seem to be as described, well put together and everything is as described. But, their customer service is atrocious, their communication is abysmal and I wouldn't use them again if they gave me a 100% voucher off!

My first experience getting glasses online was terrible. I feel like if your glasses are a perfect first try without any issues, you'll feel like they're a good, affordable store. I believe the most important thing about a store is how they handle and resolve customer issues. However, their deceptive approach and irrelevant responses are not the kind of service you'd expect from a reputable store. If you have severe myopia, I strongly recommend choosing this store with caution. Their thinnest and most expensive lenses are thicker than my previous glasses. Getting glasses from this store is a matter of luck. If they don't fit you right, your money is wasted and your glasses are rubbish.
