LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

Updated review!!! Do not buy from them. They claim fake deliveries and these reviews are probably fake too!

I received my first order of glasses and everything looked good. About 6 days later, the branch of one of the pairs broke in half which they replaced. When the second pair arrived, the lenses looked awful. I can literally cut my finger on one of them. They are not even pushed through in the frame. Also, I ordered sunglasses and I can’t see correctly when I look left or right and when the sun reflects in them. The purpose of sunglasses is defeated if you can’t see in the sun! They don’t want to replace them unless I pay for new lenses.

Here’s the English translation of your review: “Be careful with this company. I’ve been talking to them for 7 days trying to get a refund for defective glasses. They reply every 24 hours just to ask simple questions, and then the next day they answer again with another meaningless question. It seems like they just want you to get tired or give up so they don’t have to give you your refund. I would never buy glasses from them again.”

It i a really goood, I haven’t received my glasses since I ordered yesterday but they a pretty much helpful because I wanted help and they offered it to me immediately! So I can say I trust and trust their work their service is out of this world

The company has wide range and great quality frames, but if you want to return the product, it will be a nightmare experience. They will blame you and argue with you. They doesn't value their customers. Only care about the profit of company. I bought the lenses with frames in around $75. I couldn't able to see clearly with the glasses I got from Lensmart, so decided to return the product. The amount they offered me to return was $18 excluding the shipping cost. So, If I choose to return the product along with the shipping cost the total refund amount I expected to get was around $5. I never ever had a bad experience in my life like I had with Lensmart. If you want to remake the lenses, you have to pay almost double than you paid along with shipping cost.

If you are willing to wait an eternity for your glasses then go with lensmart. I ordered mine, chased them up a month after order and they had not even sent them yet. When I asked for a full refund they would only give me 90% on 2 of the glasses as they had processed the lenses. Out of curiosity you would think they would give a full refund due to the time it had all taken and the fact that I was only cancelling as I was not willing to wait another month!! Very disappointing!!!
