Glasses are very cheap and thin, seem easy to break. Also very large, wider than described, don't fit my face. Bifocal part is very small

I have been trying to call customer service and all I get is a busy signal. I tried to go online to talk to someone and can't reach anyone there. When you need help, how do you get through? (As of 4:30pm, I have made 15 calls and I still get a busy signal!) 7-18-24 I have sent emails Twice! First one on the fifteenth and a second one this morning. I still haven't heard back from them.

I purchased two different pairs of glasses from this company My first pair after several weeks, After just 2 weeks the arm snapped off my glasses. I sent customer service several emails with no reply. Bad customer service.
