Such a scam of a company. I ordered glasses, the prescription is wrong. My opticians tested the lenses and they are incorrect. I can’t see out of them and while they agreed to send me a new pair. They won’t. They keep asking me for more and more information, personal photos of my face etc. it’s weird. I have a whole email thread where I am simply asking for just a left replacement lense at the correct prescription. Sent them videos of my optician testing the lenses and result and while they agreed the lenses are faulty. And said they would send a replacement are not doing so.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Was never notified of delayed or returned item. Had to seek answers 3 weeks later from the designated delivery date. English must be second language cause they couldn’t understand the address for the delivery, but never had any issues with any other deliveries. Asked for a refund 3 times and got the run around. 200 dollars lost. Do NOT buy from them. Only communication is overnight via messenger. Horrible!!!

Glasses look great online. Pictures and descriptions are misleading to the product you receive. Poor communication back and forth (could be the cause of a language barrier) Will 100% not order again.

Horrible experiencia. Más de un mes esperando las gafas. Nadie se hace responsable, aunque pagues seguro, no te sirve de nada. Te hacen dar mil vueltas y hostigarlos a correos para que finalmente admitan que han perdido el paquete. Espantosa gestión de problemas, una inutilidad importante. Por supuesto que tampoco te compensarán por absolutamente nada, a lo mejor te dan un cupón de descuento para tu próxima compra (la cual no existirá porque el primer pedido nunca llegó). Entiendo que los precios sean imbatibles pero no vale la pena tomarse tanto trabajo si al final igual no vale a llegar el paquete. En mi caso, +30 días después tuve que terminar pidiendo devolución, encima te devuelven solo por PayPal (que se queda con un porcentaje del dinero que te ingresan). En resumen, espantoso todo. No compren por nada del mundo. AH, otra cosa: PAGAN LAS REVIEWS POSITIVAS. Osea, no creas nada de lo que leas positivo. Está todo comprado.

Lenssmart has now helped with my refund, November 19th 2025. I purchased two pairs of glasses from this company. They sent one and it was for another person. I cannot get a refund I had shipping insurance and they won't pay me either. I have asked them for help for three weeks in trying to get a refund. Now they are showing one pair was delivered but it was the wrong pair and I have not had anyone help me. They won't ship my glasses or give me a refund. More to follow.... I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone to help me, I provided all the information they requested with pictures, and still I cannot get help

Have been waiting months for my order now to only be given a tracking number that is FAKE I want my money back… avoid at all costs customer service is slow and not helpful and overall so far unresolved issue that is seemingly endless…

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I received 2 pairs of glasses on 10/26/2025 and was displeased with the quality. I reached out by email to request a return and was given the run around - with multiple attempts to persuade me to agree to an exchange. After daily email communications, I received their return address on 11/4/2025. Please note that I submitted a dispute on 10/28/2025 because Lensmart was intentionally delaying my ability to return the items by failing to provide their return address. On 11/8/2025 Lensmart confirmed that they have received the returned items and are refusing to issue a refund until I drop the dispute. They are saying that the “refund is failing” due to the dispute. The most ridiculous excuse I’ve ever heard. They are deceptive, unethical and should be shut down.

I cannot give a company a 5 star rating when they were trying to make me pay for a mistake they made. When I told you that my husband's prescription had been reversed, (right side was made for left and left side was made for right) you should had replaced the glasses without hesitation. But you tried everything you could to make us pay for your mistake. We will not be buying glasses from you again and will be letting all our friends and family know about your return policies and your business ethics.
