Unverschämt ,kann durch die Brille…
Unverschämt,kann durch die Brille nichts lesen.Die meinten ich solle die Brille zurückschicken und ja kein Ups.Sie würden mir lediglich das Gestell ersetzen ,was grad mal 20 Euro kostete.Versand in die USA kostet aber um die 50 Euro . Diese Firma ist sehr unseriös. Bestellt bei firmo , dort sind sie sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Und die Brille kostet auch nicht mehr.......

Does NOT ship on time and charge for cancelation
After one month without my order being shipped, they charged me 10% cancelation fee. Said the lenses were already in production. Website says it only takes 3 to 5 days to produce, but it hadn't shipped in a month. Then when I ask to cancel, it's already in production.

We asked if you needed a faster shipping method, but unfortunately, we haven't received a reply from you. However, your order had already begun when you first contacted us, and according to our policy, the refund amount is 90% of the order amount. This company literally scammed me out…
This company literally scammed me out of 60$.I placed my order bc I broke my glasses and needed a more affordable option for college and after a month I never recieved my package. I sent more then 5 emails in that duration and each response basically told me to wait because the couldn’t get in contact with the warehouse about my package. After about a month of back in forth through email because there was no customer service number to call they claimed the only thing the could do was refund me 25$ which is crazy considering the delay and lack of communication not to mention I never recieved the package and the refund barely covered 1 of 2 pairs I ordered not including shipping fees. I definitely got got don’t go the cheap unreliable route just go to the doctor and wait those 2 weeks because you can’t trust these online sellers. 0/5 would never recommend.

What A Nightmare
Oh, brother! I purchased their frames a few months ago and decided after receiving them that I'd like them to insert prescription lenses. After searching and searching their website for instructions on how to do this I simply gave up and contacted their Customer Service department. What a joke. This site is manned not by real people but by programmed responses. All responses were sent through my Messenger account even after responding to their request for my email address. EVERY response and there were four never addressed my question. All they kept saying was that they could not give me a refund....huh? This had NOTHING to do with my issue. I finally just gave up and took my frames to a reputable optometrist who happily inserted my lenses.

If you are not satisfied with the frames after receiving them or would like to add lenses, please contact us within the specified time, and we will definitely process your request. However, your order was delivered on April 21, 2025. Our website clearly states that our policy for returns or exchanges is within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information. You contacted us on January 2, 2026, wanting to return the glasses to add lenses, which is well beyond our policy timeframe, so we cannot process your request. Thank you for your understanding.

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. First order, lost. But they refunded. Second order (placed before they lost the first order).... also lost. Promised a refund.... never received it! Multiple emails back and forth, but now they won't even respond. SCAM SCAM SCAM Got a response from Lensmart.... basically a re-hash asking if I'd done this or if I'd done that..... I have. And I've been promised a refund which I have not received. My negative review stands.

I'm sorry to report this company is a scam. I cannot say anything good . They got my Rx wrong and did nothing to correct it besides ask for more money. The frame refunds they advertise is a lie. It cast more to send them back then the refund. The messages they send are computer generated only. Don't be fooled.

Won't stand behind frame that breaks in 5 minutes
The frame that I was sent broke 5 minutes after opening the package. The temple slider mechanism broke on literally the second time attempting to move it. Customer service response was that the issue was not covered. Additionally, I am not offered anyway to review the product on their website. They carefully curate the reviews so they can not be trusted. EDIT: The order number was C25111857505354972

Résolution de problème
J'ai eu des problèmes avec mon achat mais ils s'occupent de résoudre le problème. Ils répondent rapidement et s'occupent de trouver une solution. Les montures sont très belle et semble de bonne qualité. ... Rien de résolu encore. La compagnie m'écrit tout les jours avec sensiblement la même question et ne bouge a rien. Ils veulent changer la mesure pour les pupilles mais veulent charger 108$ US pour retourner dès lentilles plus mince car présentement c'est comme des fond de bouteilles tellement c'est épais. Les lunettes acheté chez Walmart ou dans les pharmacies 20$ sont de bien meilleures qualités que ce qu'ils vendent.
