Ordering was very easy to do and the…
Ordering was very easy to do and the was consistent communication. My order got lost in transit after it got to South Africa. I reported the issue with Lensmart, I provided all the details and proof and they verified with the logistics company. Their customer support on Facebook is very efficient and reliable because they communicated and assured me that they will reship my glasses and they honestly resolved the issue with no hassle whatsoever. I will be purchasing again because of the excellent customer support.
