Great Customer Service and Great Products
I changed my mind after I had already purchased my glasses, sent an email and they did not hesitate my glasses and changes were made and I got my two beautiful pairs with my accurate prescription. They have great customer service and quality frames, I am already purchasing more.

I have placed my order in July & I…
I have placed my order in July & I wanted to ensure that Im ordering the right item because of the order I placed incorrectly the previous time . Mind you I had already paid, so it turned out I didnt choose the correct ones & if there's any one who was supposed to give up on me because of my endleless & everyday queries , its Lensmart . Despite that ,they would still be patient with me to guide me of what I needed to order . I would complaint & tell them Im not prepared to pay extra & they still toook their time to calm & make me understand until of ourse i came to my senses . Eventually I had to pay in the difference & my order has now been dispatched & Im sure ill get the right prescript for my eyes . So I thank them for their patience with me .

I’ve been using the glasses from…
I’ve been using the glasses from lensmart for about five years now. And I love them so much. True size of the frame and the glasses are so convenient. To me they’re unbreakable.

Empfehlenswert
Habe mehrere Brillen bestellt und bin im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Die Brillen sitzen sehr gut und die Sehstärke ist korrekt. Leider wurden bei einer Brille zu dicke Gläser eingearbeitet. Und bei einer Brille waren die Gläser locker. Aber nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir in beiden Fällen eine neue Brille zugesandt. Preis Leistung sehr gut und empfehlenswert.

I’m happy with my order…
I’m happy with my Lensmart order! The quality of both the frames and lenses is excellent, and the ordering process was quick and easy. The only downside was that shipping took quite long, and one pair arrived slightly skew around the nose pad area. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and would order again.

I really love these glasses
I really love these glasses, they are comfortable to wear and look classy but also cool, love the design and the details. I can see perfectly with them, in the begining the part that goes on your nose felt a bit tight but now its okay.
