The descriptions on the website are a SCAM!
The frame measurements are a complete lie! The frames I received were at least 10mm smaller than what their website said. And their customer service claimed that this was within the normal margin of error, which is completely ridiculous! I went from ordering what should have been a large oversized frame to really small frames that were so snug on my face they actually hurt. And their customer service was absolutely horrendous and refused to replace or refund the frames. Try Eydology or Firmoo because this company is a complete scam.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. I chose semi-express delivery, and it's been over 20 days since I ordered, and still nothing. They put all their effort into sponsorships on TikTok, except for themselves, who don't pay for any services. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Zero-star company
Zero-star company — the staff and products are terrible. They have been working on my glasses for two months. They sent new lenses, but even after replacing them, the problem was still not solved. They wasted my money and time. Now they say I can get only 50% of my money back if I return the glasses, and I also have to pay for return shipping. That means I will have no glasses and will lose around $70. They are scammers — do not do business with them.

Glasses not polished and incorrect size
Ordered a pair of glasses and then asked if they could polish the edges of the lenses which they said yes, received the glasses not polished and sent email to be told they don’t polish anymore so why tell me you do in the first place, also the frames are not the size advertised on the site and then proceed to tell me that it is to do with inventory, again another lie, I would not have purchased them if they were going to send a different size, now at the back and forth email stage as all I want is a refund as there mistake.

Not impressed with customer service.. they keep bargaining with me to not refund thre whole amount. Wow!

I have received an order from your…
I have received an order from your company in error. I did not order this and I am trying to return these 7 pair of glasses but there is no phone number to speak to a human and I am not on social media and cannot get on the website to inform of this error.

Terrible experience and lost money
Terrible experience and lost money. I followed all directions, checking 3 times before I ordered 2 pair of glasses. It was almost 2 months before I received them. I put them on and everything was distorted. I contacted the company and after about 5 or 6 emails back and forth, I was told they did everything right and I would have to pay again if I wanted new glasses. Needless to say, they will not get any more money from me. UPDATE: After posting this review, they contacted me and offered to redo the glasses without additional cost and I agreed. Then they contacted me and said they would replace the lenses only and I would have to put them in the frames. I had ordered regular glasses and sunglasses. I have had my glasses made locally and will never use this company again. My money was completely wasted!
