Lensmart was very easy to message and talk to as I had to change me order after ordering! I have recieved my glasses and absolutely love them! However the fit is too big and they keep slipping down my nose they won’t stay in place and after contacting them through both email and message they won’t answer me back! 🤨

I love my glasses but the delivery time was way to long

I must start of by saying that the glasses themselves are great but when it comes to returns ,exchange and problems with the prescription is not good they don’t have a direct contact number or website if you have something going on with the glasses you ordered everything has to been done by email I have ordered several pair for myself but when I ordered some sunglasses for my son and the prescription wasn’t correct they seem to keep the run around I even returned the glasses in a timely manner and only ask for a exchange and they keep emailing me and asking for additional information that was previously sent to them he had another pair of glasses that he order before that where fine and I told them to just use that prescription and I am still getting the run around and they keep asking me to send pictures of my son face with there little measurements card and think that is kind of strange. I really wanted to order more but the issues with customer and prescription issues keeps me from ordering again

The first experience was not good, the glasses arrived broken, the subsequent communication with customer support was like an interrogation, where they tried to put the blame on me, that I must have broken them or something... however, in the end they sent me new glasses, they were fine .

I loved the purchase process, it was quick and user friendly. Communication once the purchase is made was a bit disappointing, this was more of a buffalo issue however it tainted the lensmart brand for me as the two are partners. The frames I chose are wonky but I am happy with the lense.

The lense wasn't fit in properly and fell out of the frame with in 2 days of of arrival.. I was really disappointed in the craftsmanship and the assembly of the product. I wasn't harsh in using the product so I didn't expect it to fall apart.

The glasses I ordered work, however I get a fish bowl effect when I look down, not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not, I don't have a strong prescription. The frames are kinda effy, I feel like one squish and they would break and the lenses feel like they could fall out. So kinda okay cause they work kinda not cause they don't feel sturdy. Which I could have just got a weak pair?.

I am a first time buyer. I finally updated my eye prescription and my daughter suggested I try Lensmart. My goal was to get at least 1 pair of glasses preferably with pink or rose colored tint to lenses. WHAT I ORDERED: My luck! I found a suitable clear lense bifocal everyday frames and because your prices are extraordinary I easily had enough in my budget to cover a pair of pink sunglasses with a gradient pink lense. WHAT I RECEIVED: On Wednesday I received my order. All was well except no rose colored lenses as advertised. In their place were standard dark lenses. I emailed customer service. The CR responses were vague and while I have a quote for the cost of purchasing the pink lenses, the actual mixup was never really addressed. 24 hours later I received another package from Lensmart, Another pair of bifocals and a pair of pink sunglasses that again held standard sunglass lenses. I emailed Customer Service back explaining that I had received. 2 packages on different days for a total of 2 pair bifocals and 2 pair incorrect sunglasses. I think CR was trying to say I ordered 2 of each. I did not. Unfortunately your Customer Service is email based and no phone numbers available to call you direct, So I guess I will wait and get my pink lenses down the road. Since I wasnt instructed on how to send back items, I'll just put the 2nd package away in case of an emergency, PROS Price, Quick delivery, ZHuge selection of glasses for everyone and all their needs. CONS Difficulty in maneuvering around web shopping site, received orders from maybe 2 separate locations as the packaging differed between the two, Customer Service was just plain broken. Possible language barrier as email seems to show English is not the native tongue for the individual I was corresponding with, Hope this made sense and that it helps. Would I recommend getting your glasses with LENSMART? YES
