5-star! This is my second order
This is my second order, and their customer service continues to impress me. They respond quickly, are always friendly, and make the whole process smooth and easy. My glasses haven’t arrived yet, but based on my first order and the great service I’ve received again, I’m confident they’ll be perfect. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Lensmart on their…
I highly recommend Lensmart on their over and above Customer Service alone. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, on my part, there was a problem with my order and they promptly reconciled the situation right away with no questions asked, absolutely no pressure tactics and everything went smoothly. They were kind and most helpful. Sadly, I don’t see Customer Service like that very much anymore but when I do, you just have to share it.
