Great customer service!
The post office mishandled my package and the customer service team at lensmart were super responsive and helpful. Even though they had nothing to do with the package problem, they’re sending me a replacement at no charge. I was very pleased. They have great frames and great service. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience
I have never had an issue with Lensmart, the selection of frames and the simplicity of uploading a photo of your RX makes it super easy to purchase new glasses.

Five Stars for great price and service
Five Stars! I would recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for beautiful and quality glasses that are way less costly. After paying $700+ for glasses at the Optometrist, I found Lensmart online hoping to have a spare pair of glasses. I purchased two pair of glasses – for a fraction of the cost of my original pair - the entire process was seamless and hassle-free. I accidently damaged one pair that fell out of my purse that I did not have in the case (my fault) - Customer Service was incredibly responsive and professional, I was so impressed with how quickly they helped. They were incredible and offered a discount to re-order.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND !!!
I saw the reviews on TikTok and must admit it sounded too good to be true . But I am SO HAPPY. I've always wanted dainty gold rimmed glasses but optometrist said its impossible with my prescription as the lenses would be too thick and that to get thinner lenses would cost THOUSANDS more in money. But I was able to take a chance and get EXACTLY what I wanted, with my prescription, customize my lenses to thin, light and blue blocked for a literal fraction of the price. I paid R900 including shipping for something that would have cost me over R6000 at the optometrist. I highly recommend lensmart to ANYONE , optometrist prices are ridiculous, Lensmart is the way to go ! I will be buying more pairs JUST BECAUSE I CAN. Shipping to South Africa in less than 2 weeks.
