LensMart has been so helpful!!!
LensMart has been amazing with their communication. I had issues with a delivery service who never gave me my glasses. And through the whole nonsense, LensMart spoke with me about when I will get my glasses. Ultimately, LensMart reached out and told me they will be remaking my glasses for free and shipping them to me where I will be able to reach them. I am so grateful that they are helping me! I love getting my glasses from LensMart and can’t wait to get them!!

User-error: I put the incorrect post code on my order form & customer service was prompt and attentive-bonus- they have FB messenger option, not just email!

These glasses are not heavy on the eyes, lense is perfect, frame is exceptional and it makes it easy for me to read.

My daughter came across Lensmart a couple years ago and I fell in live with how affordable and cute their frames are! Never had major issues that couldn't be resolved. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Good customer service so far
I have only just placed my order, but their customer service is quick to respond thoroughly. Their shipping does sound like it takes a while, but I will update once I get them.
