Great costumer service !
I was having trouble tracking an order and the online support team was very patient and professional. I have ordered frames from them twice now and I love how affordable they are! Definitely recommend!

Repeat Satisfied Customer
I have ordered from Lensmart several times now, and I have been pleased with every order. The quality is superb each and every time. The customer service is also amazing. I've contacted them twice, not for any problem, but to ask questions about products, and they've been prompt each time. The only con is the shipping time, as it does take several weeks, but I don't mind the wait, especially with glasses. I'd rather wait the extra time to make sure my prescription is filled correctly, than it not be correct with faster shipping. Other than that, you can't beat the prices and the selection that Lensmart offers. I highly recommend them!
