It usually costs a mmm arm and a leg to get my prescription glasses with medical aid if still have to top up just to get the basics I need to function and someone with a relatively serious case of astigmatism In 1 eye. With lensmart I was able to get the “bells and the whistles” as well as a pair of stylish sunglasses at a fraction of the cost. It cost less than the top up amount I would have had to pay had I used a local optometrist and medical aid. My glasses arrived within 3 2.5 weeks and they were delivered straight to my door. The frames are gorgeous and fit my face very well. The frames are sturdy, strong and my very thick lenses were shaved to fit my frames perfectly.

I had a question regarding a "price" reduction of frames for Rx sunglasses I recently purchased. The email communication was excellent, efficient and the department quickly answered my questions and resolved the issue. Any question I directed via multiple emails, was handled professionally.
