Please don’t waste your money on glasses from here, when you buy them, they say if you have any issues you can get a refund or replacement within 14 days, ALL LIES! I bought several pairs of glasses in one order, submitted my prescription and PD details, when they finally arrived, I couldn’t see out of them properly, contacted them about and said I wanted a refund and would send them back, they have been fobbing me off ever since. The frame are extremely cheap and terrible quality, I am out of pocket and no glasses! They also state the company is in the US but it’s not, it’s in China! Completely false advertising! If you want decent glasses use Firmoo or Select specs both are great!

They sent my glasses to the wrong address. I keep writing them with the correct address. They say they'll resend the product but nothing happens. Don't trust them.

This company is a scam. They sent my order to an incorrect address in Canada. I gave the correct address when I placed my order. I even sent screenshots showing that I placed an order with this same company using my address with no issues and this company still has not issued me a refund. They tried to lie and say I gave incorrect address when ordering but I sent them screenshot showing I used correct address and they still have not sent my refund. I’m having to dispute with my bank. Customer service is terrible. No live person to speak with and they barely respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am now using Eyebuydirect

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give less than one star, I would. They don’t even deserve one star. This is the worst company I have ever purchased from BY FAR. My order has been “processing” for weeks with no update from customer service, despite me emailing, reaching out on fb, and Instagram. ***^I’m editing this review to make an even worse review because Lensmart emailed me and told me to take this review down!*** Crazy move by them and I will tell everyone I know to never use this company.

Ho acquistato delle lenti bifocali da questo sito il 30 gennaio 2026. Qualche giorno dopo mi arriva un e-mail in cui mi veniva detto che le lenti che avevo acquistato dovevano essere create come progressive e non come bifocali PAGANDO UN SOVRAPPREZZO. Accetto di pagare il sovrapprezzo e mi aspetto che venga cambiata la dicitura anche sul mio profilo, cosa che non accade. Attendo e dopo 10 giorni gli occhiali sembrano pronti e verso le ultime ispezioni. L’11 febbraio gli occhiali risultano in attesa di invio e da li piú nulla! Si ferma tutto. Nessun aggiornamento dal sito, quindi contatto piú e più volte il servizio clienti chiedendo a che punto è il mio ordine e mi fanno sapere che non riescono a contattare il magazzino, che hanno sollecitato il magazzino ma che non riescono ad avere notizie (????). Quindi ad ora la situazione è stagnante e non riesco ad avere nessuna risposta se non continui sconti del 25% che non userò assolutamente mai piú in questo sito. Non affidatevi MAI a questo sito! Il servizio clienti è inutile e risponde quando vuole senza risolvere nulla. Ormai ho rinunciato agli occhiali. ASSURDO!

I would like a correct refund, then I can amend this review. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME. Frames are named on their website, but product number shown on the product is nowhere to be found on the website. Name showed on the website is not shown on the frame so it makes it very difficult to identify correct items . I've ordered a few pairs looking almost exactly the same to make sure at least one pair will actual fit me. Returned everything else, kept one pair. Firstly, even if they refunded me for the correct frames there is a discrepancy in the refund amount already. However, they're trying to charge me for the most expensive frames which I did not keep, too. I showed the the serial number of the pair I'm keeping. Upon double checking their website, what they're saying I kept is not the same frame I actualky kept.

They are scam. I would rate them zero if I could. They have sent me single vision when I ordered progressive lenses. Their response was they have customized progressive for my order. I sent them two pictures of glasses that purchased from them one with progressive lenses and one that I have problem with reading because they sent single vision lenses. You can see clearly even in picture. One with progressive have image distortion at bottom of the lenses where you read. After sending a picture Their respond was they will remake the lenses at my cost. They advertise 365 day warranty for direct and workmanship. This is totally a scam. I hope people will stay away from this site to order their glasses.

Incorrectly produced glasses. Can't see out of them so had them tested by Specsavers. 3 pairs of glases all incorrect. Refused to pay return shipping, refused to reglaze unless I fit them myself. Been going on 3 months now. Avoid like the plague, their customer service is non-existent and to produce THREE pairs of glasses which are incorrect demonstrates clear incompetence. Based in the US so if you're in the UK definitely do not use them. You're wasting your money
