I have a complicated eye prescription that most companies will not produce glasses. Lensmart customer service identified that my correction was not typical and reached oiut with several questions. Upon my follow up with them, they agreed and will be making my new glasses! I appreciate their diligence and service.

I have ordered a number of pairs of eye glasses from lensmart and have been very satisfied with all of them. The last pair I ordered had clip on sunglasses. I received the glasses but no clip ons, I contacted the company any they are sending them to me. It was quick and easy and they remedied the situation to my full satisfaction.
