Long time customer and Support Team is Great
First and foremost the glasses are always and I mean always TOP TIER!! I own well over 15+ but it's like how can you not?! Only twice I have had to use support and both times did they have answered it, figured it out without any hesitation AT ALL! that's also what I like to see in a support team. 5 starts all around!!

Very quick to fix a factory defect issue.
I've ordered a few times and never had a defect until this last order. Not only have the customer service been extremely quick to respond. They have been great about the issue (missing magnet for my clip ons). Not only are they letting me keep the original glasses (can be worn without the sunglasses) but they're sending me a brand new pair. They even took the time to have me wear the glasses and make sure the prescription is correct before sending me a new pair.

Lensmart is a blessing
Lensmart is a blessing! The quality is excellent and their customer service is great! I've being buying their glasses for years and they are actually extremely durable. This year I bought some brand glasses for 700$, they fell apart and the frame broke in less than a year. On the other hand, the Lensmart glasses I've had for well over 3 years are still in excellent conditions, not even a scratch. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I had a few questions and the support team got back to me very quickly, was incredibly helpful, and told me exactly what I needed to do. The frames are so cute, and I can’t wait to wear my prescription sunglasses for my cruise! Thank you Lensmart! I will definitely be utilizing your frames and lenses again.
