Great experience
I have many pairs of their glasses and love them all. I ordered a pair o already had by accident and customer service helped me exchange them before they were sent out! Thanks you for all your help!

Great experience in all aspects
The order process is as easy as possible. The products is great quality and there are so many options to choose from that you will definitely find the best for you. I really liked that I felt taken care of in general and customer service was very fast and effective as well when an issue came up.

Great Communication and Customer Service
Although they were unable to make my glasses as I had wanted, they were still very communicative and offered alternative options. I will definitely use them in the future for other eyeglass purchases.

Fantastic Experience with Lensmart
I had an amazing experience shopping on Lensmart. The website is easy to navigate, the selection of frames is huge, and the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. My glasses were packaged securely. The frames look exactly like the photos, feel sturdy, and are incredibly comfortable to wear. Customer service was also great — they responded quickly and were very helpful when I had a question about sizing. Overall, Lensmart exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!

The style and the quality of Lensmart…
The style and the quality of Lensmart glasses really surprised me. The frames are so stylish and comfortable. The process of getting them was also so simple and straightforward!! Love them and I will get an extra pair in the future!

High quality glasses and lenses
I’ve been using three different frames from Lensmart, one in brown,one transparent and one in black. I did notice a huge difference in how my eyes feel at the end of the day, very comfortable. The quality surprised me in a good way, the frames feel lightweight but sturdy, they are very professional and I love how you can customize the lenses and glasses based on what you need. I’m very happy with the experience, and I’d definitely recommend them👌🏻
