If I could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased glasses from them, they did not fit well so I wished to return them and got nothing but the run around from their customer service. Also their customer service hours are from like 9pm to 4:30am EST. Not easy to reach. I still am not sure if I am speaking to a person or a bot. Do not buy from this company, there are many others out there that have great customer service and decent return policies. Buyer beware.

I ordered a few pairs of glasses 6 weeks ago and I still have not received them. I have emailed 3 times requesting an update and NO REPLY. I am very frustrated and worried that I have been scammed out of my money. I wouldn't order from here again.

One month later, no glasses and they refuse a full refund. I ordered two pairs of glasses on Feb 15 and paid extra for priority shipping. It has been over a month, and the glasses have not even shipped. After multiple attempts to cancel, customer service keeps sending automated-style responses offering a small discount to keep the order. When I insisted on a refund, they tried to claim my order is "in production" and want to charge a 10% cancellation fee. This is unacceptable for an order that is already weeks past its promised delivery date. Avoid this company if you actually need your glasses on time. They have poor communication and predatory refund policies.

AVOID!! buy from Firmoo or something instead!! i ordered a pair of glasses from Lensmart at the start of February, and it took them 2 weeks to ship out which i wasn’t too annoyed because i knew it was Chinese New Year. After they shipped it the tracking said it was coming with Hermes which isn’t a company anymore, messaged them about this and ended up finding out it was coming with royal mail. When they arrived i opened them to them being wonky, didn’t sit right on the face and wouldn’t close properly, it’s been less than a week of wearing them and the lenses have popped out on multiple occasions just when i move my face. Again if you’re thinking of ordering DONT!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK They don't reply for days, their customer service is horrendous. The glasses look different to the website so when you receive them you have to pay £15 shipping to send them back to the States. They promise a refund when the glasses are back but then say they cannot refund due to shipping details. Complete and utter waste of time. USELESS COMPANY

i made payment o the 7th of March,logged on the lensmart app and it said order cancelled,i contacted them via email and facebook,they said they didnt receive my money even with a proof of payment i provided them.they keep asking if i made another order but dont refund me my money

Have not received my glasses from order on 2-5-26! have requested money back!! this is 3-17-2026 still have not glasses or refund. All I have gotten is a run around,
