Great quality glasses and customer service! Affordable styles with so many options.

Nagyon korrekt cég. Mindenre rákérdezett inkább többször, hogy a legtökéletesebb szemüveget tudja megcsinálni számunkra. Minden kérdésünkre készségesen válaszolt. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve.

I was skeptical about buying prescription glasses online, but it turned out that Lensmart does their job very professionally. Because I entered some values incorrectly, they immediately contacted me to correct the error and provide me with correctly made glasses. Their support service is very helpful, friendly and professional, I recommend it. I ordered low-diopter glasses. The frame is beautiful, compact and looks good. Thank you Lensmart.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Lensmart absolutely deserves this. After losing my prescription glasses, I checked Costco after being told it had affordable prices — and experienced serious sticker shock. Frames alone were $145–$235 CDN before prescription lenses and tax. I simply couldn’t afford that. Dejected, I went online and came across Lensmart — and was shocked again. Frames for $13–$42 that were identical to ones I’d just seen in-store for $200. I expected a catch, but after entering my prescription, my total came to $92 including tax and delivery. I even priced another pair I liked and it came to $62. Unbelievable. In a world that’s lost its compass on pricing and value, that kind of pricing deserves to be acknowledged and celebrated. I’m not hyping a brand — I’m making sure this company knows their approach is appreciated and that I hope it never changes. Because of the money I saved, I was able to help my daughter with her rent. Companies that keep essentials affordable should hear when it genuinely helps someone — especially when it ripples outward and blesses someone’s daughter. People forget that money saved on essentials doesn’t vanish into the void — it moves. It buys groceries, birthdays, and peace of mind. That ripple is the real story, and a real win created by this company’s pricing philosophy. From my heart — thank you, Lensmart.

I made a mistake when ordering and the customer service was wonderful. This is my 9th pair of glasses with Lensmart, and I've always had a great experience.

When I received my glasses, I realized that I had entered my prescription details incorrectly. As soon as I contacted Lensmart, their team was very helpful and willing to assist in resolving the issue. The problem was handled quickly and professionally, and I am very satisfied with the support I received. I would also like to highlight that the frame is of very high quality — it feels sturdy and well-made. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the product, and I would definitely recommend Lensmart.
