Do NOT buy from Lensmart! I ordered three pairs of prescription glasses, and the most expensive one (with blue light filter) is a total disaster. They manufactured it with one POSITIVE (+) lens and one NEGATIVE (-) lens, which is a massive error and completely unusable. It’s physically impossible to see through them. I reported this manufacturing defect immediately, but their customer service is a joke. They refuse to take responsibility and keep asking for irrelevant "head-on" photos and measurements just to waste time and avoid a refund. They heavily advertise in Hungary with Hungarian ads, but they provide ZERO consumer protection. They are selling faulty, health-damaging products and refusing to fix their mistakes. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Hungarian Economic Competition Authority (GVH) and the Consumer Protection Authority to have their activities suspended in my country. Save your money and your eyesight—STAY AWAY from Lensmart!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do not know their products and the communication is terrible. It took for ever to confirm the items I wanted to order with contradicting information from the representative on Messenger and the on writing emails. The insult was that they still asked for a review to release my order! After finally getting confirmation that I was going to receive the items I requested, even if the online order on my profile never changed, I received I pair of sport glasses and one pair of daily use. Withing a month the arm from the sport glasses broke off. When asking for a replacement arm I was told it was miss use and not warranty worthy. I got bumped in the head. Isn't that what sport glasses should withstand. It may seem like a good deal but there is a reason why these glasses are cheap. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! Response to your comments. Sport glasses by definition are supposed to b e designed for active wear and be able to withstand moderate abuse. These are simply cheaply made and should not be advertised as sport glasses! I do not accept your explanation of them being damaged by me and being outside your warranty. Furthermore I can purchase replacement parts online for less than $10. You were not even willing to offer this option. Your suggestion was a discount for future purchases. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN.

Terrible! It took over a month to receive my glasses! Finally got them and the prescription is ALL wrong!! Can’t wear them! Still waiting to hear from customer service about a full refund!

I placed an order, after 2 weeks the status was the same, processing. The 3rd week, emailed the company for an update. Their reply was there was a processing issue. But online showed the status as canceled. No explanation. I requested a refund since it was their error, but they wanted to charge a 20% fee for their errors and lack of customer service.

Do not order from them. There were problems with ordering, customer service, and shipping. I placed an order in February 13, 2026 and today is March 21, 2026. I have yet to receive my order. They send your package using DHL Express and refuses to provide a tracking number. This company is a 0 out 10 and I do NOT recommend!

Rendeltem egy szemüveget receptre. A szemüveget a kézbesítési időre meg is kaptam. Majd észre vettem, hogy homályosan látok.. A reklamációmat megelőzve bevittem egy optikába bevizsgálni a szemüveget, hogy ne úgy reklamáljak, hogy esetleg elnéztem valamit. A bevizsgálás megerősített abban, hogy a szemüveg PD értéke nem lett jó. Írtam is az ügyfélszolgálatnak, ők csak annyit mondtak, küldjek nekik egy videót a bevizsgálásról, amit meg is tettem. Majd azt mondták a bevizsgálás nem volt jó, és esetleg ismételjük meg még1x... Többször is bevizsgáltuk a szemüveget, ugyan úgy rossz értéket kaptunk a PD értéket nézve.. Sajnos, semmit nem ismertek el belőle, és még a rendelőt nézik hülyének. Borzasztóan nagy csalódás. Nagyjából 20 emailt követően sem lett megoldás... Egyáltalán nem rugalmasak, és nem tarták magukat a leirtakhoz.

Awful... they really don't refund you. The product is NOT correct and their service is Awful. They ask you to remove bad reviews and even to give good review before product. They don't communicate well. It's sad. If you order with them , it is a hundred percent risk , and you won't get your money back. They will hold you up forever.Only offer you a certain percentage back due to their own fault. Then they'll want you to pay shipping to send it back.Which the issue wouldn't have to be sent back if it wasn't their fault. You will continue pay for their mistakes. They are not trustworthy and i've even had to block them from contacting me. If they contact me again , I will probably be reporting it to a higher power. They have not been helpful in the slightest kept, asking for my prescription. I sent it to them, they claimed they don't have it just anything to hold up and be annoying. The amount of messages is ridiculous and the results are none. I wouldn't recommend this company ever, and i'm not even a person who typically ever reviews. I also would like to take a moment to tell everybody on here who accepted the bribes and put out reviews that they were wonderful when they're not shame on you. Shame on you for doing that to other people and getting them in messes , because you lied. Terrible service and unusable product with a mountain of reviews that were paid off to lie with bribes. It asked me below to date my experience, that's been so horrible daily. If it were possible to leave no star, I would of. Never again. I felt threatened when I didn't take down my review. I think everyone who rated this is creepy. You either clearly don't know what you're dealing with, or you needed a bribe , really bad. Now that I know how they are. I'm actually kind of glad I did not have my product made correctly because there's no telling what they do to it to affect your eyes in the long run. No Trust... i actually have zero trust for the people that i'm dealing with here and for two pair of glasses , completely not worth it. My friend used zeecool and had no issues.

I ordered glasses. Once shipped, I received conflicting information. I checked the tracking regularly (every other day). When I checked yesterday, it said my glasses were delivered on the 12th. Then why when I checked between the 12th and the 16th did it not say delivered? The support bot had broken English, so that is not helpful. Now I have to go through a second party to report a claim for a refund. Edit after company response you see here and direct contact to my email from the company: I did receive a full refund of my order, including shipping costs after making a claim through a 3rd party. I have also been contacted twice to remove/change my review. I was first offered 25% off to change my review, when I refused, I was then offered $5 off. Use your best judgement when ordering. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but it is enough to not use this company when I need prescription glasses in order to see what I need to see...
