Hello, I am a Korean customer who recently purchased a product through Lensmart. Even though I am not very experienced with overseas direct purchases, the Lensmart online representative kindly explained everything in detail and guided me with great understanding and consideration. Unfortunately, due to an error with my customs clearance number, the product could not be delivered and I had to request a cancellation. Despite this situation, the representative was still very kind, explained everything clearly, and showed great understanding. There are two pairs of glasses that I really like, so I have currently asked an acquaintance to help me with the purchase.
