Disappointed-glasses don't fit
I am leaving a four-star review because I promised to leave a positive review, but overall I am very disappointed. My first pair of glasses did not fit, and I did not initiate the return properly. Lens smart was not going to offer me any refund, but after begging they agreed to send me a replacement pair of glasses. I promised I would leave a good review if they did. I had to pay return shipping, and an additional $13 for the difference of the price in the next pair. Unfortunately, the second pair had very strange nose pads, and it pushed my glasses up so high it looks like I am attempting to see out of my eyebrows! I was denied the option to exchange them again, so unfortunately I have spent $100 on glasses and return shipping, and I still do not have a functional pair of glasses. I would be happy to return them for a refund, but I'm told I am out of luck. I appreciate that they sent me a replacement pair, but I have still spent $100 on nothing.
I have a lot of trouble finding glasses that fit as I have a very narrow face.
Both Zeelool and Eyebuydirect have given me full refunds for glasses I could not use!

UPDATE: Issue resolved, new glasses received
UPDATE: I am updating my previous review as Lensmart's customer service actively worked with me to resolve the situation. Although there was an initial misunderstanding regarding the lens replacement and stock availability, they ultimately made sure everything was handled properly and sent me a new pair of glasses. The new glasses have arrived and they fit/look great. I appreciate that they took responsibility and fixed the issue. Thank you!

Great customer service
My glasses broke after wearing them only a few times. Lensmart was super helpful and are sending me a new pair, the Facebook messaging hours made this process take a while. Other than that customer service is great!

Really recommend buying
Really recommend buying from their website especially because you can try the glasses on virtually (and that really help) I was really surprised by the large selection of choices there is for any age and gender. Once arrived the glasses are of great quality and very comfortable to wear. All glasses come with a cleaning cloth and a hard case to carry them in.
