Glasses look good…but
Glasses look good…but They’re pretty flimsy and don’t appear to be well made. There a lot of movement in the frame, the lenses don’t appear to be particularly secure. I’m concerned the lenses could pop out when cleaning, Plus points are, easy to use website, fairly quick delivery and the prescription is spot on.

Sloooooooow🐢🐌
I ordered three pairs of prescription glasses. Tracking information showed they were delivered. They were NOT delivered. I was instructed to contact the shipping company. I just got errors on their website when I entered the tracking number. Eventually, Lensmart provided me a valid tracking number. It took 2 +months but, the glasses were finally received. I will add more about the quality of the product at a later date.

They promised me that if I wrote a review they would give me a 30% discount, they only gave me 20%, so they didn't keep their promise.

It’s takes longer than 23 days
The quality is good but delivery takes more than 23 days for mije it took 1 month and 2 weeks

Contact Issues | Improvements | Frames
I do not like how the company communicates with its customers. It takes a day or two to hear from them. I see customer reviews, and they are not great, which I agree with. Effective time management can be useful. I think the website can improve with accurate contact information. A phone number should be provided to gain customer satisfaction and trust. Thanks for accommodating affordable glasses for everyone. Hopefully, this can extend overseas in the future. Delivery was on time. Glasses don't get smudged when cleaning or wiping off with the cloth that comes with your frames. I will give a future update if I remember lol.

Company Communication
On 12/20/24, I placed an order for eyewear to replace a pair of glasses I had broken. I submitted the same Rx as a previous order. I was not contacted about having provided enough information to fill the order and therefore the order was not processed. On 1/17/25 I decided to track my order and found out a “pd” was needed. I asked them to use the default pd bc my Dr had not given me one. I am told my order is now in the process of being made.
