I was told processing would take 3-5…
I was told processing would take 3-5 business days days it ended up taking almost 9 business days and now it's taking a while to get an update on when I will receive the glasses.

their after sales assistance is not exceptional. I tried writing them twice but there was not a response at all! this will be the last time that i will order here.

Progressive order
I placed an order for progressive glasses. I uploaded my prescription and picked 2 frames. I had the glasses made and when I received them the reading portion was too low so I could not read properly. I contacted them and they agreed to redo the lenses and send to me to replace out myself. I did that but the replacement lenses were also wrong and too low to be able to read. Now their only solution is for me to return them for a 50% refund. They also push for 5 star reviews in exchange for discounts. It was my first and last time shopping there. Offered me 50% refund for changing my review. No thanks.

If you can see clearly when you lift the glasses, it is because the pupil height is affecting your vision. We have adjusted the lenses for you according to your actual pupil height. If you are still not satisfied after receiving the replacement lenses, we are willing to process a return for you. Our policy clearly states that if you are not satisfied with the replacement order and need to return it, the refund is 50% of the total order. the glasses they sent me incorect with…
the glasses they sent me incorect with my description i gave them, it hurt my eye and i cant see the distance clearly, even the customer service only care about the money more than fix their problems, i will never buy again

Lensmart is the worst!
Lensmart is the worst!! I would go blind before I purchase another pair of glasses from them!! It took 39 days to get my glasses and when they arrive, they are thick as ever and I paid the highest for premium lenses! You need to be shut down!! China or not!! Never again!! I’m warning everyone !! They steal money and do not honor the product.

unconscionable delay after the order placed and card charged 8/4/2025
8/3/2025 ordered pr. of glasses very straightforward prescription.when order placed i was notified i would receive glasses 8/11/2025; when i asked for a tracking # when shipped i got a far longer "estimate' of 21 days and not the original 6 days. i found this to be unacceptable especially be cause they had charged my credit card on the 4th with no delivery expected in less than some twenty days. 8/6/2025 to 8/8/2025 twice after this, Lensmart tried to bribe me to remove my negative review - first offer was a suddenly accelerated prep of glasses (specifics unknown) and then to suspend a 10% reduction of refund if i would remove earlier bad review herein submitted to Trustpilot. today they FINALLY agreed to cancellation of order, refund to be credited to my account 7 business days from now(8/8/2025). so much for their dragging of feet.
