I have bought glasses through Lensmart twice so far and both times they are so cute and I get tons of compliments! I really appreciate being able to get affordable prescription glasses so I can buy more than one pair. Even when I had an issue with one of my pairs, customer service was great about responding and being willing to replace a pair for me. I highly recommended and I will continue to buy glasses from them.

I like the fact that they kept…
I like the fact that they kept communicating with the emails. Was very apologetic each time they emailed my Listen when I told how my glasses broke. And willingness to replace them.

100% reliable!
My experience relates to an order placed from Uruguay, which I was unable to receive due to customs issues. Lensmart took care of the matter, refunding the total amount of the order and responding to my questions on a daily basis. I highly recommend them!

They were great | added the wrong form…
They were great | added the wrong form of prescription and they caught it thankfully and worked with me to get it accurate. They completed my glasses and sent them out. They were sure to be sure everything was good to go precisely prior to shipping me my glasses to ensure the perfect fit for my personal needs. Thanks guys

Great customer service!
Great customer service!! I ordered a pair of glasses from this website in December & I never received my package. It wasn’t the company’s fault , the issue was with the delivery. I contacted the company via email to explain my issue & they worked with me to find the best solution. They were kind & helpful during this frustrating time. They kindly sent me another pair of glasses that I received this time ! I am very appreciative of their amazing service & customer support. I will be ordering here in the future .

Všechno proběhlo hladce, skvělá komunikace. Rychlé vyřízení objednávky i následně reklamace s odstupem času. Brýle jsou super, dioptrie sedí. Děkuji Eng.. Everything went smoothly, with excellent communication. The order was processed quickly, and even a later warranty claim was handled efficiently.
