Mildly put, I would not recommend buying anything from this company unless you are 100% sure that the glasses would fit you properly and look good on you, otherwise - good luck returning them. I just gave up after a week of chasing them and answering ridiculous questions. I hope my experience will help someone.

My ordered arrived only to find one of the three pairs I had ordered they sent me cheap pair of frames with no prescription in them they just keep saying they where sent but the parcel could never had held my three pairs and the spare pair it still ongoing never again this has been from I ordered in February

Please dont use these. I made an order for £150. This was for 4 pairs of glasses. I received 2. They are saying I have to visit the postal office to claim. I mean really? How? Their customer service is disgusting and they dont care so I'm going to do a chargeback.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette compagnie, j'ai fait l'achat de 2 paires de lunettes avec prescription, le délai de livraison est très long (1 mois). Il y a plusieurs options de livraison celle qui est gratuite et standard est la même que celle accélérée à 15 $... (poste Canada) la prescription n'était pas adaptée, j'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle via Facebook, aucun numéro de téléphone pour joindre la compagnie. J'ai échangé avec eux durant plus d'un mois, délai très long entre chaque message, des messages préfabriqués qui donnent l'impression de parler à des robots, pour me faire offrir un remboursement à 50 %, de me faire livrer des verres que j'allais installer moi-même avec un tuto et bien sûr payer les verres. J'ai finalement accepté le remboursement à 50%, j'ai dû payer les frais de retour. Dans cette situation j'ai fait appel à ma banque pour contester la transaction pour me faire rembourser la différence. La pire expérience d'achat en ligne, leur site affiche qu'il rembourse pour les défauts de fabrication, mais c'est faux.

I am disappointed with my experience with Lensmart and hope they will take this feedback seriously. I received glasses with incorrect lenses, which is already frustrating. However, what concerned me more was the proposed solution from customer support. Instead of offering a replacement or a proper fix, I was advised to install the lenses myself — something I am neither qualified nor comfortable doing. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect that errors are handled professionally and without shifting responsibility onto the buyer. A simple replacement or proper after-sales support would have resolved this situation quickly. I am still open to resolving this matter and would appreciate if Lensmart could review my case and provide an appropriate solution.

ORDER NUMBER C26022899100545444 I ordered my reading specs on February 28th. Waited ages then contacted customer service to see what the delay was. They replied 27th of March that they didn't have my PD on the uploaded prescription, if I hadn't chased this up I'd never have known as they didn't have the decency to contact me. I've checked my order since replying with my PD details and still it's not ready. At present I'm not a happy customer. Lensmart please can you resolve mumy complaint as soon as possible.

At first I ordered a standard frame with only my distance correction and, for $50 I was impress. Then I ordered a progressive pair which were an absolute junk: top of the lenses distance correction was for a few mm at the top, the PC-monitor was blurry all the way right and left and down to the reading area which required bringing the material about 8 inches from my nose. Customer service told me my PD was wrong and I felt that maybe they were right...I paid an additional $75 for a new set of progressive lenses which were NOW following THEIR evaluation of my PD. Another complete piece of junk even worst than the previous ones. They offered a 50% reimbursement if I would return the pair. Why would I pay again (to china you can imagine the price) to get 50% of $100...NO REAL PROGRESSIVE CAPABILITIES AND NO TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT EVEN FOLLOWING THEIR POLICIES.
