Glasses going great
The service was absolutely phenomenal. LensSmart emailed me multiple times to ensure that my prescription was correct and dealt with my glasses with so much of care. The lens were perfect when i got them and exactly what i needed. Not to mention that it was quite stylish.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a very positive experience with Lensmart. Although my glasses order didn’t work out due to my prescription, their customer service was excellent. When I requested a refund, it was processed quickly and without any hassle.

I didn’t receive my order yet but so far working with customer service is amazing
I didn’t receive my order yet - but my first experience with customer service was amazing. They responded with my questions or concerns really fast and professionally . This is my first order from this company and I will write another review after I receive my order.

I haven’t received my glasses yet
I haven’t received my glasses yet, but I’m already very impressed with Lansemart. Their communication has been top-notch from start to finish. They’ve kept me updated every step of the way and responded quickly to my questions. I can’t wait to receive my glasses and will definitely update my review once they arrive!

Super customer service
Super customer service, I entered wrong info on my prescription and didn’t realized util I placed the order. I wrote to them and the responded and correct my mistake. Can’t wait to receive them
