They Truly Care About Getting It Right
It did take a little extra time to finalize my lenses — partly on me because I didn’t have the correct PD measurement. But honestly, I’m so grateful they were so thorough. They were adamant about making sure my prescription was absolutely right before moving forward. We exchanged a few emails, but that just showed me how much they care about getting it perfect for their customers. In the end, I’m very happy and truly appreciate their attention to detail. That level of care means everything.

This company is great at communicating.
This company is great at communicating with customers. If there’s an issue with your product or order they let you know as soon as possible. They reply to emails and get back to you as soon as possible which I love.

Excellent experience with Lensmart!
Excellent experience with Lensmart! They were incredibly attentive when I needed to install a prescription into a pair I had already received. Instead of taking the easy way out and suggesting I just repurchase the frames, they focused on finding a real solution for me. While they offered alternatives, I made a practical choice based on the frame type and opted to repurchase the rimless glasses as it was the easiest option for installing my prescription.It’s refreshing to see such top-tier professionalism and honest communication. Great frames and even better service—5 stars all the way!

Lensmart is the girl she thinks she is . It has been an awesome experience as they guided me through the process of my order .
