DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I went over a month with no update on my order progress. I received no information from the company. Finally I contacted their customer service which is through Facebook messenger (already strange) and they informed me they messed up my order and would need to remake it. I tried to cancel the order, they coerced me to keep it. Few weeks later my order finally comes and what do you know? It’s made wrong. The lenses are incorrect. The glasses are giving me headaches. I try to process a return and the company starts asking for pictures and videos of me wearing the glasses to they can see what the issue is. I decline, because that is inherently sketchy after what I’ve already been through with this company. Then they tell me they made the glasses right so I can’t get a full refund and I will need to pay shipping costs to return them. This company is a SCAM. Do not buy from them please. I spent over $60 on 2 pairs of glasses that are cheap and were made incorrectly therefore giving me headaches if I try to wear them.

Terrible Customer service, a very difficult, long and drawn-out process to return unwanted items, and they refuse to cover return postage. Don't be fooled; although they are registered in the USA, their manufacturing and customer service appear to be in China.

Glasses looked lovley on the website. Arrived as somthing you would use to cosplay Deardrie Barlow. Lenses are the size of dinner plates. One star added as I can now see behind my head.

I ordered prescription glasses from this company, but they were made incorrectly and do not match the prescription provided. Instead of resolving the issue, they delayed the process and requested unnecessary proof, after proof, after proof. This is not a change-of-mind return — the item is faulty and not as described. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise caution when ordering prescription products from this seller, especially internationally, as resolving issues can be extremely difficult.

I brought prescription glasses that I couldn’t see properly out of, after contacting customer service they said that it was because the pd needed correction, this measurement tool was in the glasses they sent so I took a photo and sent it, I wasn’t asked before they made the glasses or advised that they would be no good without it, after contacting customer service I was told they would rectify them by me paying 32 dollars for more lenses and I’d have to pay the postage on top of that which I also didn’t realise they were from another country, taking this into account it wasn’t worth risking more money incase they were still rubbish, the frames are flimsy which they’re cheap you don’t expect quality, I gave 1 star because I did get a reply from customer service, after telling them I wouldn’t be sending them back they said we’ll continue to try to do better. I wouldn’t buy from them again waste of £50 if you want your money back you won’t get it.

I ordered prescription glasses, but the product I received is a disaster. The lenses are extremely thick and distorted, making them completely unusable. When I complained, customer service admitted in writing that they "cannot guarantee absolute precision," yet they refused to give me a full refund. They keep pushing me to pay more for "better" lenses instead of fixing their mistake. Avoid this company if you need actual medical-grade glasses! UPDATE (April 16): The company is now openly blackmailing me. They refuse to refund me for their defective, unusable glasses unless I delete this review first. They also want me to pay for international shipping to return their faulty product. This is a direct violation of consumer rights and Trustpilot policies. I will not be silenced by their threats. Avoid this company! FINAL UPDATE: Still no refund. They continue to deny the defect and openly blackmail me to delete this review in exchange for my money. I am now initiating a chargeback through my bank for fraud and consumer rights violations. DO NOT BUY FROM LENSMART! MONDAY UPDATE: They are still refusing to refund unless I film myself destroying the evidence (the glasses). They are obsessed with me breaking the product instead of just fixing their mistake. I am now at the bank filing a formal chargeback. UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Writing a second review. I wrote my last one on the first of April. I ordered my glasses mid February and still haven’t received them. There is no tracking available just says it was sent March 19th, and they won’t refund me. They want me to file a complaint with their shipping place “seel” but they want me to file it with lensmart. So I guess I’m just out 400? They keep saying to contact them, I do and we go in circles. I have honestly never EVER worked with a worse company.

Terrible customer service and refusal to give a refund to glasses which are not any good! do not buy off them as if you receieve a bad pair, and there is a good chance you will, you will NOT be able to return them per their policy.
