There was a hiccup with the prescription and prescribed glasses
There was a hiccup with the prescription. The service I received in relation to assisting and sorting the issue out was exceptional. The response time is very efficient and fast. I cannot wait to order again.

Outstanding Customer Support & Quick Fix!
I had a really great experience with Lensmart. I placed an order for two pairs of glasses, and when I went to check out, I noticed that my prescription wasn’t attached to the glasses I had purchased. I immediately reached out to them via Messenger, and they responded very quickly. Their team was prompt, reassuring, and efficient in fixing the issue. They made the whole process smooth and stress free, which I truly appreciated. Excellent customer service and great communication, highly recommend!

I am very happy and impressed with my 4 pairs of prescription glasses I ordered for the first time on Lensmart. I was updated with the progress of my order at every step up to delivery . I have incorrectly entered my prescription which results in my lenses being unclear, lensmart was very prompt in their response to my emails and offered my lenses to be replaced on the correct prescription. Affordable beautiful glasses with quality customer service .

10/10 would recommend
I’ve bought glasses from here twice now and had nothing but good things to say and always recommended this site to people! Recently I had a pair of glasses break. I reached out to see if there was a possibility of getting a new pair. Their team was quick to respond and are sending me a new pair of glasses!! I will continue to recommend them for many years to come!
